Fitness Assessments and Management
A fitness assessment is designed to ensure that you achieve maximum benefit from
your personalised training programme and performed by the VIP Fitness Elite Training Team at a
scheduled appointed time. The programme is based upon the assessment results together with what
you would like to achieve. The Assessment procedure may include:
- Resting Heart Rate and Blood Pressure
- Lung efficiency
- Body Fat composition versus lean weight
- Aerobic fitness
- Flexibility
Your fitness and progress is continously monitored and managed with regular
scheduled assessments as we work together to achieve your goals. Bookings are essential. Hours available for Assessments are limited, so honouring
the appointment is essential.
